Saudi Arabia's energy giant Saudi Aramco has signed a deal to buy 70% stock of Saudi Basic Industries Corp. for $69.1 billion.

Recently, Sumitomo Chemical announced that it plans to start localized production of thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO) in China and Europe this year, thus forming its global TPO production network in Japan, China, Europe and the United States.
